The Story of Cware Labs

In 2020, we turned our attention to the Web3 industry – a field offering endless opportunities for business and community engagement. That’s when we launched CW Labs, a data-fueled research and analytics venture

Our path started with ambassador programs, content management, community management, and blockchain validation. We supported projects like Aleo, SubQuery, Meson, Breeder DAO, Goldfinch, Massa, Ironfish, and more. We explored the market, tested hypotheses, and helped startups build growth strategies

By 2022, we realized that marketing expertise alone was no longer enough. Our clients needed a holistic approach, and thanks to our strong network, we were able to deliver just that. We worked with clients such as OKX, Metis, NFD, Extended, ONMI, Bullperks, Offchain, Formacar, Rays, ALT3 Capital, Sinofy, and many more

Over the course of several years, we helped design and successfully launch more than a dozen Web3 projects, advising founders, executives, and teams on scaling and strategic marketing. We participated in over 80 international blockchain conferences and side events around the world – from Dubai and Istanbul to Bangkok and Singapore

We built a powerful international network and gained experience working with investment funds, which served as the foundation for collaborating with venture capital firms. This played a key role in helping our clients raise over $1 million in funding

After more than a decade of experience and working with over 75 companies worldwide, we took the next step. In 2025, we rebranded as Cware Labs – a full-cycle growth agency for Web3 projects
